On these dates we will be doing a take on a Bistro de Luxe menu focusing on the best of this seasons fish and shellfish.

The menu will feature ingredients such as, oysters, geoduck, caviar, prawns, scallop, uni and lobster.

$110 per person for 6-courses and dessert . . . beverage pairings available
